How to Cook and Can Bone Broth in a Pressure Cooker.

Here’s a fun How-To visual played to a brilliantly sarcastic song about the “joys” of Communism by Owen-Glass. I used to make bone broth all the time, but when Jessica shared her version of doing it, I incorporated the vegetables, but you can make it without any of that and do it straight up meat and bones style. Vinegar is a must because it helps bring the nutrients out of the bones.

Jessica does a great job explaining about bone broth benefits as well their own video of how to make it. Their video is longer and more detailed, and I highly recommend it.

I got my beef bones from a local farm, though I’m also subscribed to Butcher Box. I sometimes throw in chicken bones too, and this recipe can also apply to just chicken bones. The health benefits of bone broth are off the charts, and I love adding some to a dash of turmeric, pepper, and a bit of salt. Mmm good!

Last Fall, I was constantly making this stuff and we had shelves and shelves of it, and guess what? We actually did get through it all! Maybe the Great Texas Freeze of 2021 had something to do with that, but I digress.
