As a continuation of last week’s newsletter’s theme of possible solutions for your “Temple”, it is not unusual to find “Wim Hoffers” within the GTW and surrounding freedom-minded communities.
Wim Hof (The Iceman) is a living superman, having broken many extraordinary world records. He’s set the world record for the furthest swim under ice (now since broken), the fastest half marathon barefoot over ice and snow, and the longest time in direct full body contact with ice.
The best part? His secret isn’t a secret. He’s very open to sharing his breathing and training techniques, and he regularly hosts workshops, courses, and events. Throw a rock anywhere in the world and you’re likely to hit a Wim Hoffer.
The training is done in three parts: breathing, cold therapy, and commitment. The best part is you could easily start doing them today. Imagine that! More energy, boosted immune system, reduced stress, balanced hormone levels, improved sleep, mood elevation, and self-accountability.
